VBadmin Command Fails

Problem Summary	An attempt to run VBAdmin from the command window fails. The browser disappears, the window does not remain open long enough to accept a setGK command, and the following error message appears.
Error Message	"trace: PIMcom:Init - Failure connection to pipe \\.customer\voicebrowser\VBcmdpipe "
Possible Cause	Service Pack 1 or later of Windows 2003 is not installed on the system.
Recommended Action	Install Windows 2003 Service Pack 1 or later.
