CVP Processes is not reachable

Problem Summary The CVP Processes like Resource Manager or Call Server is not coming up properly. The associated process’ CVP log is NOT showing up the below entry during startup:

Infrastructure-5-PROPERTY_MANAGER_RELOADING_PROPERTIES: %property_store_value=[com.cisco.ccbu.infra.properties.FilePropertyStore@a2a38]]: Reloading all property stores

Error Message None
Possible Cause The property file is corrupted for some reason.
Recommended Action If Resource Manager process is running, redeploy the device from OAMP.

If Resource Manager process is not running, follow the reimage process on the device.
