CVP Processes is not reachable
|Problem Summary|| The CVP Processes like Resource Manager or Call Server is not coming up properly. The associated process’ CVP log is NOT showing up the below entry during startup:
Infrastructure-5-PROPERTY_MANAGER_RELOADING_PROPERTIES: %property_store_value=[com.cisco.ccbu.infra.properties.FilePropertyStore@a2a38]]: Reloading all property stores
|Possible Cause||The property file is corrupted for some reason.|
|Recommended Action|| If Resource Manager process is running, redeploy the device from OAMP.
If Resource Manager process is not running, follow the reimage process on the device.
