2. FAILED : Phase 1 (Config and Hibernate data import) of Windows to Linux Upgrade. 3. FAILED : Phase 2 (HR and Recordings data import) of Windows to Linux Upgrade. |
| Possible Cause | Failure during restore operation of Windows to Linux upgrade. |
| Recommended Action | If restore operation fails during Phase 0 or Phase 1, then the restore process can be started from begining after correcting the problem.
If restore operation fails during Phase 2, then on restarting Cisco Unified Cluster View Daemon, Phase 2 will start automatically. Status of the same can be checked from Appadmin->Tools->Windows Upgrade. |
