2. Host could not be found. 3. Unknown error occurred while connecting to host. 4. Authentication failed. 5. Backup file does not exist. |
| Possible Cause | FTP/SFTP path or backup tar file is not accessible during restore process or authentication details not properly entered. |
| Recommended Action | Make sure that the network connectivity is active, location is accessible, proper credentials provided, backup tar file present; and then run restore process from the beginning. |
