FTP/SFTP path not accessible during data restore

Problem Summary FTP/SFTP path or backup tar file is not accessible during restore process or authentication details not properly entered.
Error Message 1. Unable to connect to the host.

2. Host could not be found.

3. Unknown error occurred while connecting to host.

4. Authentication failed.

5. Backup file does not exist.

Possible Cause FTP/SFTP path or backup tar file is not accessible during restore process or authentication details not properly entered.
Recommended Action Make sure that the network connectivity is active, location is accessible, proper credentials provided, backup tar file present; and then run restore process from the beginning.
