Error: Grace period expired message on admin login
| Problem Summary | On admin login, an error message is displayed "grace period expired" |

| Error Message | Error: The 30 days license grace period has been expired. The UCCX system is no longer functioning until a proper license is uploaded. |
| Possible Cause | UCCX server license MAC is changed because of a change in any of the system parameters and licenses with changed License MAC were not uploaded to the system within 30 days. |
| Recommended Action | Run "show status" command from Unified CCX 8.0 Admin CLI. Check for License MAC in the output. If this License MAC is different than the one given in License file, contact UCCX product marketing to get new License files with correct License MAC. Upload these through appadmin. |
