Desktop: User interface does not appear correctly 

Problem Summary The UI on the desktop does not appear correctly. Text in drop-down lists runs together.
Error Message None. 
Possible Cause Compatibility View may be enabled on the browser. Finesse does not support Compatibility View.
Recommended Action

Make sure that Compatibility View is disabled on the browser.

  1. In your browser, choose Page > Compatibility View Settings.
  2. On the Compatibility View Settings dialog, ensure the Display intranet sites in compatibility view checkbox is unchecked.
