DB Purge not reclaiming DB Space for db cra

Problem Summary	When db purge is invoked the space on db_cra is not reclaimed. This generally happens with MSDE as database and UCCX 5.0 train.

Possible Cause	NA
Recommended Action	a. copy reclaim_space.bat file to the 5.0 set up. b. Execute the batch file from the command line.
