| Problem Summary | During the Web Server configuration, you will see this error if Port 80 is already being used. |

| Possible Cause | Port 80 is already being used by the Default Web Site that the IIS installs. |
| Recommended Action | 1. Navigate to Internet Information Services. (My Computer > Manage > Service and Applications > IIS > Web sites).
2. Right-click the Default Web site and select Properties. 3. Change the TCP port number to something other than 80. Then click OK. |
