Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Release 6.1 > Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Audio Server > Maintaining > Running Reports
System reports provide system configuration information about Cisco Unified MeetingPlace-both the configuration of system hardware and software and the state of installed trunks.
Cisco Unified MeetingPlace offers the following seven system reports:
- System Options Report
- Port Attributes Report
- User Information Report
- Group Information Report
- Team Information Report
- License Information Report
- Info Capture Report

System Options Report
The System Options report summarizes the ports, licenses, and options on the system. The report shows:
- The number of access and conference ports installed
- The number of workstation licenses installed
- The installation status of software, recording, scheduling, attachments, and integration application options.
Port Attributes Report
The Port Attributes report shows the status of the installed ports on your server.
User Information Report
The User Information report lists all the active and non-active users by group. Also included are billing code and type of user.
Group Information Report
The Group Information report lists each active and non-active group configured in the system. Also included are billing code and contact user ID for each group.
Team Information Report
The Team Information report provides details on all of the teams defined on the system. The report provides information about the team, such as the following:
- Team name
- Team ID
- Team description
- Whether or not the team is shared
- Last modified date
- The report also provides summary information about the team's members including:
- First name and last name
- User ID
- Profile number
- Phone number
License Information Report
The License Information report provides details about the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace licenses and system configuration, such as the following:
- Cisco Unified MeetingPlace server type, name, and serial number
- Name, number, and code of each license
- Type and number of each hardware component available for use
- Number of hardware resources actually configured for use
- Information about the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Audio Server system
- Type and number of integration software installations, with details about each
Info Capture Report
The Info Capture report provides details about the configuration and failure of the system during a particular time period. The generated report can then be given to Cisco TAC to troubleshoot problems.
The report can contain information about the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace 8106 or 8112 only, or include Cisco Unified MeetingPlace integration applications.
