Do not apply operating system updates or patches directly from Microsoft on your Cisco MCS. Cisco qualifies such updates and patches for its applications and then makes them available to customers. Customers can sign up to be proactively notified of available updates through the following URL: http://www.cisco.com/cisco/support/notifications.html.
