Up one level: Integrating with Microsoft Outlook


Before You Begin
  • This procedure supports Cisco Unified MeetingPlace for Outlook Release 7.0.1 only. Starting with Release 7.0.2, the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace for Outlook integration no longer requires a separate install.
  • If you are prompted at any time to choose modify or repair, choose modify.


Procedure
  1. Navigate to the c:\Program Files\Cisco Systems\MPWeb directory.
  2. Double-click CiscoUnifiedMeetingPlaceOutlook.exe.
  3. Click Next in the Welcome window.
  4. Click Next in the Select Features window.
  5. Enter the Windows server username and domain.
    For example, if the domain name is "domain.com," enter the domain name in the form "domain"
  6. Click Next.
  7. Enter the Windows server password in the Password field.
  8. Confirm the password.
  9. Click Next.
  10. If prompted to select a time zone for Cisco Unified MeetingPlace, select the local time zone of your Windows server.
  11. Click Next.
  12. Select Yes to restart your server now, when the InstallShield Wizard reappears.
  13. Click Finish.
  14. Wait for the server to restart. This may take several minutes.
