Exchange Server

Hostname

Hostname or IP address of the Microsoft Exchange Server.

Note: This field is supported for Release 7.0.2 (MR1) only.

Hostname (SMTP)

Hostname or IP address of the Microsoft Exchange Server running the SMTP service. This service is required for sending calendar notifications.

Notes:

  • This field is required.
  • Supported for Release 7.0.3 (MR2) only.

Hostname (WebDAV/EWS)

Hostname or IP address of the Microsoft Exchange Server running the WebDAV/EWS service.

Notes:

  • This field is optional. If your Exchange server runs both the email transmission and WebDAV/EWS extension services, leave this field blank. The system will automatically populate it with the information you provided for Hostname (SMTP).
  • Supported for Release 7.0.3 (MR2) only.

Language

Used to support localized Exchange servers.


Default: en_US.

TLS enabled

If the Microsoft Exchange Server is configured to use TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption, then set this to true.


Default: false

MeetingPlace Mailbox Account

Windows domain

Microsoft Windows domain. Obtain this value from your Microsoft Exchange Server administrator.

Username

Username for the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace-dedicated email account on the Microsoft Exchange Server.


Example: MeetingPlace

Password


Password confirm

Password for the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace-dedicated email account on the Microsoft Exchange Server.

E-mail address

Email address of the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace-dedicated email account on the Microsoft Exchange Server.


Example: MeetingPlace@example.com

Mailbox maintenance interval (days)

How often the Microsoft Exchange Server cleans up the mailbox for the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace-dedicated email account on the Microsoft Exchange Server.


A value of 0 disables this purge.


After you click Save on the Exchange Server Configuration Page, the first purge occurs the following Sunday at 12:00 a.m. (local server time).


Default: 7

Mailbox maintenance cutover (days)

Number of days that notifications are stored in the mailbox for the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace-dedicated email account on the Microsoft Exchange Server.
