Up one level: Planning Your Deployment
This section discusses design considerations and recommendations for various Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Release 7.0 deployment models. It does not include a comprehensive list of all possible deployments but instead describes common scenarios. Use the information in this chapter to learn the benefits and restrictions of each supported call-control deployment option so that you can choose the best option for your Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Release 7.0 system.
All Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Release 7.0 systems require Cisco Unified Communications Manager. For audio-only systems, the minimum release that we support is Release 6.0(x) and for systems with audio and video, the minimum release that we support is Release 6.1(2).
