If your organization will conduct multiserver meetings, you must supply the information in this worksheet for the other Cisco Unified MeetingPlace servers. You may need to contact the system administrator of the other Cisco Unified MeetingPlace servers to determine these settings.


For Options and Field Size values, in most cases the numeric and alphanumeric ranges given are the number of acceptable digits or characters for the field. (For example, Numeric-0 to 9 means that the field accepts any number between 0 (or nil) and 999999999.) Ranges with an asterisk (*) mean that the field accepts an actual number that falls within that range. (For example, Numeric-1 to 32767* means that the field accepts the value 3102 but not 32769.)


Field Description Default Options and Field Size Value

Name

Name of other Cisco Unified MeetingPlace server. This name appears in MeetingTime and Cisco Unified MeetingPlace web when users select the servers to schedule for multiserver meetings.

Alphanumeric- 1 to 19

 

ID number

ID number of other Cisco Unified MeetingPlace server. When users outdial from within a meeting to another Cisco Unified MeetingPlace server, they enter the ID number of the server to add to the meeting.


ID numbers are for Reservationless Single Number Access (RSNA) and multiserver meetings.

For RSNA, Numeric- 1 to 32767*


For multiserver meetings, Numeric-0 to 9

 

Phone number

Phone number of the other Cisco Unified MeetingPlace server. The system uses this number to dial out to the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace server to set up a multiserver meeting.

Alphanumeric- 0 to 32

 

Ethernet address

12-digit hex string representing the Ethernet address of other Cisco Unified MeetingPlace server.

VoIP Gateway IP Address 1

IP address of the remote server's VoIP integration.

Dotted decimal format, as in 198.207.208.1

 

VoIP Gateway IP Address 2

IP address of a second remote server's VoIP integration, if there is one.

Dotted decimal format, as in 198.207.208.1

 

Will Accept SNA Transfers?

Whether this server accepts single number access transfers.

Extended RSNA Codec

Choose a codec in order to generate an Extended RSNA Prefix value for the remote server. If you do not want to use the Extended RSNA Prefix feature, choose None.

Extended Prefix

After you choose the Extended RSNA Codec and save your changes, MeetingTime displays a value in the Extended Prefix field. You will use this value when configuring dial peers for the RSNA transfer on the voice gateway.
