Problem Summary Cisco Unified CCX Admin Utility exits or does not come up after login.
Error Message None.
Possible Cause Check for the following:
  • The Cisco Unified CCX Admin Utility runs on a system where Cisco Unified CCX has been properly installed and configured.
  • The status of the Configuration Manager (and the Bootstrap Manager for both nodes, if you have a two node system) of Cisco Unified CCX Cluster View Daemon service from the Cisco Unified CCX Admin control center.
  • The Cisco Unified CCX Admin Utility needs to have the Cisco Unified CCX Cluster View Daemon process Configuration Manager IN_SERVICE or the Configuration Manager and Bootstrap Manager IN_SERVICE for a multiple node system.
Recommended Action

Properly install and configure the Cisco Unified CCX system.
