Error Message You may get the following errors when working with Administration & Data Server:
  • Error retrieving records from the ICM/Administration & Data Server.
    05:19:11 pg11A-aas1 Error retrieving records from the ICM/Administration & Data Server.
  • Lost connection to the ICM/Administration & Data Server.
  • AAS disconnected from the ICM/Administration & Data Server
Possible Cause AAS has lost connection to Administration & Data Server.
Recommended Action Following are the recommended actions:
  • Check the AAS connection with Administration & Data Server.
  • Ensure that CMS has not crashed.
  • Check the CMS logs for the lost connection.
