Cisco Automated Administrator (AAS) for Symposium: AAS - Both AAS servers become master
From DocWiki
AAS - Both AAS servers become master
| Problem Summary | Both AAS servers become master. |
| Error Message | None |
| Possible Cause | One of the AAS IP addresses specified during the installation of AAS is 127.0.0.1 (loopback). |
| Recommended Action | Do not use the loopback IP address. It confuses the Master Selection algorithm causing both AAS servers in a duplexed environment to become master. Use the actual IP address of the computer.
Note: Do not use the local IP address (127.0.0.1) as an AAS IP address.

| Release | Release 7.5(1) and 8.0 |
