Charts and Gauges: Unexpected JavaScript exception

Problem Summary The gauge shows an error when you select it from Report Viewer.
Error Message Unexpected JavaScript exception
Possible Cause This error can happen if there is a serious problem on the server side while processing requests issued from the browser to display a gauge.
Recommended Action
  • Look at the log files on the server to find an exception that prevented the server from completing the client’s request and that forced it to respond with some information that is not what the gauge expected.
  • Try running the report with a Grid to determine if the problem is with the gauge or with the report itself.
  • Try verifying the state of the data source, of the CUIC database, of the Unified IC process.
