Problem Summary	Cannot login to CLI
Error Message	NA
Possible Cause	The username or the password used for login is not correct.
Recommended Action	Cross check that you are using the username which was specified as the OS Administrator at install time. Also cross check if you are using the correct password. If you have forgotten the password refer to the section "Resetting Administrator and Security Passwords" in "Cisco Unified Communications Operating System Administration Guide" from http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/tsd_products_support_series_home.html
