Received ERROR_SCRIPT_NAME = 6 on IVR Service

Problem Summary The ERROR_SCRIPT_NAME = 6 error code is received on the IVR Service.
Error Message ERROR_SCRIPT_NAME = 6
Possible Cause The VRU Script Name data that is passed from the Unified ICME to the IVR Service does not contain the expected components. These components are micro-application name, media file name, and media file type.
Recommended Action In the Unified ICME Network VRU Script List tool, locate the appropriate script and resolve the configuration error.
