Problem Summary Pre-Upgrade tool backup operation failed with CVD Communication error.
Error Message CVD communication failed.
Possible Cause CVD communication failed.
Recommended Action Make sure that the Node Manager is up and running and Antivirus or CSA is disabled on all the nodes in the CCX cluster.
