Problem Summary CTIOS Desktop starts minimized and will not display if you try to maximize it.
Error Message None
Possible Cause The Desktop was closed while minimized.
Recommended Action Delete the "Softphone" registry hive under "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Cisco Systems, Inc.\CTI Desktop\CtiOs"
