CCX Node is not reachable during backup using PUT
| Problem Summary | Pre-Upgrade tool backup failed with CCX node is not reachable error on HA setup. |

| Possible Cause | Second (standby) node is not up and running. |
| Recommended Action | Make sure that the second (standby) node is up and running. If it’s permanently down, remove it from CCX cluster and perform the backup. |
