This first Lab is to allow everyone to become familiar with the training testbeds. Everybody should make sure:
- Their phone is registered to the correct pod
- They can Remote Desktop into the correct servers and navigate around
- They can login to CAD Agent desktop and route a call to their agents
- They can login to CAD Supervisor and see team info
