| Recommended Action | 1) Open the MS SQL Server Management Studio.
2) Connect to the Archiver server. 3) Open a new query window. 4) Select the archiver database 5.) Type xp_LoadArchiver in the query window and press F5 to run the query. The query might run for some time before you see results appear in the Messages section at the bottom of the page. 6) When results appear, copy the result text and send it to the Cisco support engineer.
