Possible Cause	Unified IC CUIS configuration tool must be run as a Windows administrator (mapped also as a sysadmin security login on the local Archiver SQL Server).
Recommended Action	-> Please go through "Archiver Check List" mentioned in Archiver user guide with due diligence before Archiver Installation/configuration. -> Check to see if the SQL Server service uses the "local" CuisDBAdmin account prior to running the config tool.
