|Possible Cause|| This may be due to the Outbound SIP gateway configuration in UCCX appadmin.
Please change the SIP gateway configuration UCCX appadmin to the below -
Minimum Silence Period - 608 (default is 375)
Analysis Period - 2500
Maximum Time Analysis - 3000
Minimum Valid Speech Time - 112
Maximum Term Tone Analysis - 30000 (default is 15000)
|Recommended Action||AMD works when Minimum Silence Period is set to to 608 and Maximum Term Tone Analysis to 30000 in SIP configuration page in UCCX appadmin.|
