Agent cannot see all parties in a blind conference call

Problem Summary The agent is participating in a blind conference call, but cannot see all parties on the call.
Error Message None.
Possible Cause This is expected behavior and is a limitation in the CTI server software. In Agent Desktop, a blind conference is defined as adding an alerting party to a conference. All parties on a blind conference call might not show up in either Agent Desktop or Supervisor Desktop.
Recommended Action None.
