Error Message

VXMLServer/applications/RecordAgentGreeting/logs/ActivityLog shows: Record Greeting With Confirm,exit,max_nomatch

Possible Cause

Agent entered a number other than 1 or 2 after recording their greeting

Recommended Action

Agent must enter 1 to confirm or 2 to re-record. Any other number will result in no_match error.
