| Possible Cause | Log collection may fail when you use the compress flag on the CLI command if there are a large number of log files. |
| Recommended Action | Run the command to collect the log files, using the same CLI command without the compress flag. For example, if you encountered a failure using the command file get active desktop recurs compress, try again with the command file get active desktop recurs. |
