Accessibility: JAWS Screenreader and Category "trees"

Problem Summary	The Unified IC reporting interface organizes some objects into categories. Examples are dashboards, reports, and report definitions. A category (represented as a folder icon) can have multiple, nested sub-categories and can contain objects (represented as page icons). Screenreader software does not accurately report (speak the names of) these categories.
